The Rota-Flex pin boxes, like part # LC176440, are NOT compatible with the E-Series and Q-Series Curt 5th wheel hitches because they have a spherical head which won't be stable enough to work with the Rota-Flex cushioning design. With a 6-1/2' bed you should be able to leave your tailgate on and just open it when coupling up to the trailer. That being said you can measure from the center of the king pin to the back of the pin box and then take that measurement to your bed and place the end of the tape measure above the axle and lay it towards the tailgate to see how close it comes to it to confirm.

According to MORryde, the AllTrek has been through more intense testing than any of their other equalizer systems and since it doesn't have to have the crossmember that's just an added bonus. The Gen-Y goose boxes are not custom fitted, so we do not have a way to recommend the correct size based on just the year, make and model of fifth wheel. The only way to know what size pin box you will need will be to take a look at the current pin box and determine the size. There should be a sticker with a model number and serial number. To lubricate the Curt Rota-Flex 5th Wheel Pin Box # LC328329 pivot points you'll just need a can of dry grease like part # RM-747 to grease the points without attracting dirt and debris that could gunk up the brackets. Potentially - it just depends on how your current valve is connected to the cable as well as what brand waste valve you have.
For example, the Valterra Waste Valve for RV Gray Water Tank - 1-1/2" Diameter - Spigot to Hub # T1001NH has a connection that screws into place while the Valterra Waste Valve Body # TC172 has a different connection to the cable and it's a replacement for a Valterra waste valve system.

The Progressive Dynamics 2000 Watt Inverter w/ Transfer Switch # PD64FR is only going to power the circuits in the sub panel if you're running off of battery power. This means that any outlets ran to a breaker in the main panel would need to be moved over to the sub panel in order to receive power.
